Head up the handcrafted staircase to the second floor to find the bunkroom, and the fourth full bathroom for additional space. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King Bed (main floor with five-piece ensuite bath with air-jetted tub), smart TV, riverside deck access. 2nd Bedroom - King Bed (main floor)-Select a Comfort bed, a smart TV, and riverside deck access. 3rd Bedroom - King Bed (main floor) with a smart TV. Wolf Creek Ski Area is 18 miles from the house, and the Rio Grande Golf Club is less than five miles away. Access ATV trails directly from the house without having to trailer out. You can fish behind the house or find gold medal waters along the Rio Grande River. South Fork has been named the Basecamp for Adventure for a reason. Additional Note: There are five (5) exterior cameras, one on each front corner, one down the side of the garage, and two on the back deck overlooking the hot tub and river. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required when booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
