The space has been updated with additional seating, lighting, artwork, and a Smart TV with a swivel. Everything has been thought through to make the space feel inviting, comfortable and functional. The vaulted ceiling with sky light provide an airy and bright atmosphere. Double sliding doors that lead to the balcony so you can enjoy your coffee or wine while overlooking the courtyard and pool. Please note that there is a flight of stairs, plus two smaller half flights to get to the third floor. There is not an elevator. Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.
