This trip was planned about a year in advance. The cottage was roomy and is very close to the infamous Duvall Street and numerous walkable attractions. After a very long travel day I have to admit my heart sank as we drove up due to major construction on the lot directly in front of this adorable cottage. In addition the cottage next door was all boarded up. My first impression was disappointing. I would have felt better knowing this ahead of time. Once inside , the place was roomy but dark as windows were boarded up along one side of the home allowing no light or air. The owners did offer to send someone to open any remaining windows that were swollen shut but I declined . The front porch was nice but the construction view was not pleasant. The back deck was spacious and nice for eating meals and you could enjoy the music from nearby restaurants. Some notable suggestions: since the ice maker doesn't work having some ice trays would be nice since the bathroom fan doesn't work having the window operating would help with the steam In the end, the vacation was a success and I found the people in this area friendly and helpful.

This cottage is wonderful! The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. It is a great location since it's tucked back off the main street but is within walking distance to everything you will want to explore in Key West. The off-street parking on the premises was a plus! The entire cottage was very clean and equipped with all the amenities one needs. It is very quaint, spacious and comfortable. We would highly recommend this cottage for your next stay in KW. You won't be disappointed. We have already booked for next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is unbeliavebly close to downtown Key West. All the amenities were accurate and since we packed light, having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again. Be sure to try the Marcela coffee!

House was perfect and had everything we needed. Very clean. Great location. Hosts were wonderful and very attentive. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. 10/10

Stayed a week in this nice convenient location. 1 block walk to Duval st.

Owners were very welcoming. Back patio and front porch were great places to sit and enjoy the outside. Owners provide some awesome coffee from their farm in Nicaragua. Enjoyed this coffee every morning while we were there. Off street parking in front of the cottage was perfect. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. We had a wonderful stay with no complaints. I definitely recommend this cottage and would stay here again next time Im in Key West.
