Situated in Virginia Highland, this lovely house for $750 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Hello and welcome to your haven in the heart of Virginia Highlands, Atlanta’s favorite walkable neighborhood. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this stunning newly built home. We have tried to think of everything to allow you to have fun, relax and recharge. You’ll find a great variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops just a couple blocks away. You will also be walking distance to The Beltline, Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, Inman Park, Grant Park & Krog Street Market. Enter a wonderful home offering guests an open floor plan with high end furnishings, modern decor and colorful accents. You will love the crisp linens and comfy beds and will be sure to wake up refreshed and ready for a day exploring the city, which is right outside your door. With plenty of room to spread out, guests can enjoy two living rooms (one on the main floor and one located on the second level). Each space features it’s own sitting area, fireplace and hd smart TV. All smart tv’s throughout the house are equipped with live tv as well as host paid subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and HBO, for your viewing enjoyment. A work space and desk is provided in the living area on the second level. A WiFi printer is also available upon request. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Beautifully done, it features a large island with waterfall edges, brand new luxury appliances, a walk in pantry and banquette seating. A dining room, complete with bar and beverage cooler is just off the kitchen. Take in the peaceful surroundings from the outdoor sofa and chairs under the covered back porch or enjoy a drink around the fire table on the patio. Both are truly lovely private areas to unwind and relax after a busy day. The home features four bedrooms. Three on the second level (including the master) and one on the first level. All three bedrooms on the second level have their own en suite bathroom. The master bathroom also includes a freestanding soaking tub, rain shower head, double vanity and Kohler Numi toilet. A laundry room is also located upstairs. The forth bedroom located on the main level has access to a full bathroom, located just across the hall. The house sits on a corner lot and has plenty of room in the driveway for several cars as well as free street parking. With everything this home has to offer, you may not want to leave. If you do decide to venture out, we recommend taking a long walk and checking out all of the bungalows and craftsman style historic homes. Virginia Highlands really is an adorable neighborhood that oozes charm. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants within a couple blocks. Ponce City Market, The Beltline and Piedmont Park are also less than a mile away. Feel free to call or message us at any point during your stay. We are always available and happy to answer any questions you may have. We live in the detached garage apartment located behind the house. If you have any issues at all, we can generally solve them at a moment’s notice. We want to give our guests complete privacy so we try to stay out of sight. If requested, we are always happy to say hello and love giving recommendations to our favorite neighborhood spots.

We are frequent renters with VRBO (20 years plus). This newly constructed home is absolutely gorgeous. The owners have thought of every little detail. Super clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and four great bedrooms. The master is sensational, but the other bedrooms all have their own bathroom. Jessica, the hostess could not be more accommodating. We were able to arrange a late checkout which was much appreciated. The location is so close to many wonderful restaurants! You can rent this home with confidence.

We booked this home for our extended family Christmas celebration and it was nothing short of magical! The house is gorgeous! I felt like I was walking around in a design magazine. The downstairs is beautiful and spacious, with several gathering spots so we could do puzzles, watch a movie and cook and still all be together. The upstairs has a cozy sitting area where folks could get away from the bustle and enjoy a read by the fire. The location is perfect! Walking distance to two different areas of Virginia Highlands, so we were able to grab coffee, do a little shopping, and enjoy the neighborhood holiday lights. Our hosts were so welcoming and kind. We had car trouble on checkout day and they were totally accomodating! I would recommend this house 100% and hope we will get a chance to stay here again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend. The house is so lovely - really beautiful decor and newly renovated. We also loved that it was so close / walkable to shops, coffee etc. and it had everything we needed (dishwashing pods, trash bags, coffee filters, towels, etc). We cannot wait to come back. Thanks to Jessica and Preston for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

I'm not sure I have the words to capture how perfect this home is! The hosts have truly thought of everything. This home is super spacious and even more comfortable. Four bedrooms, each with their own dedicated bathroom. The primary bathroom was an experience in itself. True luxury! The thoughtful art and decorating was noticed and appreciated. The outdoor patio was so peaceful, perfect for morning coffee. My only regret during my stay was that the weekend schedule was too busy for me to cook on that beautiful range. I'm already thinking of a reason to stay here again! The hosts were incredibly nice and responsive. You won't find a better property. Book it now!

We loved our visit at this beautiful home! The outdoor space was great, the proximity to restaurants and shopping was convenient, and there was enough parking for multiple cars which is a huge benefit in that area. The hosts were kind and thoughtful!

A group of friends stayed here for a fun filled sports weekend (Go Dawgs/Braves) There were 6-8 of us depending on the day and we traveled from all over the country to meet up…and the house did not disappoint. We were able to relax in luxury in the incredibly designed house as we all got acclimated to the area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc within walking distance and no issues getting to the Benz and to Truist Park the following days for the festivities. The kitchen had every utensil one would ever need for any amount of people and the fact they had so many entertainment options left us wanting for nothing all Labor Day weekend. We are keeping this place on our short list of places to stay when we are in Atlanta again. Hosts are so nice and quick to respond. I could go on and on, but if you’re looking at this property, do yourself a favor and book! You won’t be disappointed.

This is one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean with everything you could need. Every detail in the house was clearly very lovingly chosen and it's stunning but also really comfortable. Great art, books, records, etc. My son and I had fun browsing all the big coffee table books, and I read Johnny Cash's autobiography. The outdoor space is beautiful as well with a lot of really comfortable seating options. The hosts are lovely people and super friendly.

Loved the ambience & comfort provided by the renovations and decor. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable en suite BRs. Inquiries answered quickly by hosts. This home has it all.

Jessica and her husband manage a beautifully newly renovated home. They were always available for questions and suggestions for places. The home itself is outstanding and one cannot ask or find more upgrades than what is there. The neighborhood is very safe and stunning. Just a walk away from bars and restaurants.
