This 3 bedroom split level house has an open kitchen, living/dining area, large fenced yard with patio & gas grill and is an ideal vacation rental for families & friends. The moment you walk in the home you will feel like you can immediately relax, unwind and enjoy the enormous backyard and pool! It's so private and quiet. The place was convenient to downtown area, restaurants, live music and golf. The host let us check in early which was much appreciated. Turns out the pool was heated and host came over and turned it on without us having to ask him. The kitchen was very open and nice. I would recommend this property and host to anyone thinking of visiting Fredericksburg area.

Our Host Craig was awesome! He was very responsive if we needed something and he took care of everything we needed. The house was perfect with enough space for our larger group of 6 and everyone was pleased with the stay. House was clean and well supplied. We will definitely stay at the Happy Place again! Great experience.

Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful, we loved it! The pool was clean and heated, all the shops were around, and we really enjoyed the live music on Saturday. Thank you for our HAPPY PLACE!
