About this apartment rental
This cosy apartment, located right in the city centre, is undoubtedly an excellent option for those who want to spend unforgettable days in Madrid.
Ready to accommodate 6 people, this flat offers comfort and plenty of light in its 85m2. Decorated following a rustic but elegant line, it is ideal for those who enjoy attic spaces. The lounge, where a combination of reds and whites is used in the furniture, and with an orange wall to give a sense of warmth and spaciousness, features a plasma TV and DVD, as well as air conditioning. Next we find a dining room, simple but very bright. Following this, there is a games area, a very singular detail that will be much appreciated by families with small children. The two bedrooms have double beds and as can be seen in the photos they are comfortable rooms in which the visitor will be able to rest very comfortably after a busy day exploring the city. In a space that for lovers of oriental style, can be the most attractive feature of this apartment, we find a futon, where two people can rest. The bathroom, with blue and white tiles, completes the layout of this pleasant flat. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find public parking within about 100 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
Mit House is not responsible for any delay in apartment entry due to failure to complete said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard

A small but efficient apartment that’s beautifully decorated and comfortably accommodates families. The location was excellent and well connected to public transport.
A few items need maintenance: chiefly the bathroom. P-traps should be installed in the sinks as sewer gases escape from the pipes and leave an unpleasant smell even in the living room and bedrooms (this was noticed during our check-in). Also, the water heater would intermittently stop working and need to be manually restarted as the radiators would become cold in the night. Neither of these things proved to be huge problems, but the room could be greatly improved with these fixes.

La casa es estupenda, tal y como viene en las fotos. La ubicación inmejorable y la empresa que la comercializa estupenda. Trato rápido y agradable. La única pega para los vecinos de la puerta de al lado. Cuando llegué con mi mujer y con mis tres hijas (de 16 y 11 años) me estaban esperando con los brazos en jarra para "informarme amablemente" de que "nada de fiestas, eh?". En fin, una pena. Los madrileños no somos asi...
