We stayed 3 nights including New Year’s eve and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. The property outside was huge and had awesome views. Kevin was a great host. Highly recommended. The photos in the listing are 100% accurate.

Don’t hesitate to book this one! The best view in Malibu, and the most beautiful and relaxing setting for a little break from reality! The owners were super friendly and responsive which made our stay even more amazing! Aside from the perfectly manicured outdoor spaces and the view, our group of 5 (and two dogs!) most appreciated the comfortable outdoor seating, the spacious kitchen and living room for gathering and the cozy beds to fall into at the end of the day. Also, the location can’t be beat! Close to all Malibu has to offer, but when you arrive “home” it feels that you have escaped from the hustle and bustle of the world below…our kids literally cried when it was time to checkout. The next time we are in CA, we are keeping our fingers crossed that we will be able to snag this stay again!!

This is truly a stunning space with incredible views all around. It is such a peaceful retreat overlooking the ocean and surrounded by nature. Great privacy. The house is wonderful and we had great interactions with the owners. Unforgettable amazing property!

The property was stunning both inside and out. The house was very clean. We also felt very safe at the property because we had security checks of the grounds during our stay. It can get quite dark there and it just gave us the added peace of mind. The grounds were beautiful and we had a perfect view of both the sunrise and sunsets. Mr. Cohen was so helpful by giving us the information we needed for the area and his restaurant recommendations were spot on. Our host was thoughtful and not at all misleading. I really cannot think of one disappointing aspect. We enjoyed our trip and hope to stay at the Cohen property again very soon!

This was my second trip returning to this wonderful property and it is the BEST vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. The house and yard have the most stunning view I’ve seen anywhere in my life. The house is extremely clean and the yard is well kempt. Biggest yard ever, with total privacy. A great place to relax or work remotely, we will definitely be back again soon.

This was the second summer in a row that my family plus 2 dogs stayed at this property. We absolutely love it! The house is perfectly located in close proximity to several family friendly beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house is exceptionally clean and well laid out with a fabulous enclosed deck overlooking the ocean and a lawn that seems endless. The three bedrooms are ample in size and the kitchen has everything you need and more. Kevin is a phenomenal host who is easy to get a hold of and promptly responds by text. He makes sure you’re comfortable during your stay and is happy to recommend restaurants, shopping, beaches, golf, etc. We will certainly be back! Thank you so much Kevin!

Needless to say, it had already become a wonderful vacation experience and we hadn’t even arrive to our destination! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a gorgeous, spotless, breathtaking home/view! Our entire stay was more than we ever thought it would be! Such a beautiful location/home that would make anyone feel blessed to experience! Unfortunately, after 5 days, I was not ready to leave. As for my family and I, this destination will be our future getaway for years to come!

Best house in Malibu!
My family and I plus our two dogs had a phenomenal time at this property! Our host Kevin is very personable and made the move-in process seamless. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Kevin also recommended local restaurants, dog friendly beaches, where to shop for groceries, etc. and always returned my texts promptly if I had any questions. The house was immaculate and the lawn is not only gorgeous but provided ample space for my Italian Mastiff and Frenchie to run and play. The views are amazing! You’re literally right across the street from the ocean. Kevin has plenty of outdoor seating and lounge chairs to enjoy the sunny weather. We had absolutely no issues with anything during our stay. We would not hesitate to rent this fabulous property again.

Mountain Top Paradise!
Kevin and Chaya made our parent's 35th Anniversary vacation everything we had hoped for!
The check in process was a breeze and allowed the group to arrive whenever we pleased.
The house was meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival and the home was well stocked with everything we could have desired.
The home is beautiful and spacious and the property is located in a convenient location to get groceries, visit the beach, or go for a hike.
I recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful place!

Wonderful Stay
My wife and son had 3 nights at this spectacular property. The 2 biggest things I always want to know about a VRBO property are: 1) Was it just as the pictures imply? Answer- yes, exactly. We had high expectations and the place delivers exactly as we'd hope for.
2) How was the host? Host (Kevin) was great. Very helpful and accommodating. Promptly took my call to get help with one issue and communicated with us frequently to allow us to check in early which was a big help.
This place is really unique in its location sitting high atop a hill looking over the ocean with a beautiful view. The house is extremely spacious- they could have easily made this 5 bedrooms instead. The house has been used for many weddings, because of the huge lawn with a great view plus massive kitchen and entertaining areas.
We had 2 dogs so it was really nice having a big lawn for them to run around on. Beaches were easy to get to a few minutes away.
We really enjoyed the place and hope to do it again someday.

Stunning ocean view
The incredible 180 degree ocean view was awesome. You would never get tired of staring into the vast Pacific Ocean. The property is more than what you could ever imagine from the website. I cannot to stay here again.

My stay as was amazing!
I loved it here so much. Very clean, private, huge open space and the best views I’ve seen anywhere! Would definitely stay again. The host was also very accommodating. It’s a family owned property and you can tell the house is very loved and well taken care of!
