Nestled in Julian, this lovely cottage for $237 per night is a great choice for your next break. 1 minute walk to Main Street....Shops, Restaurants and more... Private driveway parking. Enjoy the rich history of Old Julian in this delightful 940 sq. Ft. cottage built in1904 by F.L. Blanc, Julian's first preacher. Its beautiful antique décor will charm you, hard wood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, original claw foot tubs in both bathrooms and a kitchen complete with Blue Willow China. The primary suite is complete with a king size bed, lavishly adorned for the most comfortable slumber and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom is complete with an original 1891 hand carved murphy bed that will entice your guests (Full Bed) The large back deck overlooks a spacious yard with direct gate access to Downtown Julian's shops and dining. Come and enjoy everything this historic town has to offer in our cottage that has been lovingly restored to give you modern day luxury and the comfort of years gone by. ****** I am a total pet lover, however for the comfort and protection of the next guest we ask that you do not bring pets. So please No pet requests, No exceptions. As a guest you have read, understand and agree that If a pet is brought on site there will be an additional $500.00 clean and sterilization fee (No exception) This cottage is a historic property and is not set up for parties and no more than 4 people at most. This is a quiet neighborhood and a Noise Curfew is firmly in place. No outside noise or inside loud music or tv, before 8am and after 10pm. Please be prepared with tire chains during high storm conditions, there not always needed but at times, it’s required. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

We stayed for christmas and had a great time! We brought out kids (4 & 7) and they thought this place was awesome. We had everything we needed there for cooking, etc. Main Street Julian was only a short walk down the street too. I would absolutely recommend staying, we plan on coming again. It's worth the price.

The home is really more lovely than the pictures, just perfect. Absolutely no complaints, and immaculate. The owner has attended to every detail. Being able to walk everywhere in town was so pleasant.

My Granddaughter and I spent two lovely days in this charming , impeccably clean and beautifully furnished cottage. It is whimsical… the Hosts are very accommodating with special touches everywhere …. And great communication . A- Plus all around.

This is such a beautiful property. It is conveniently located within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Julian and just a short drive to other things to do in Julian. The property is very clean and quaint, and we especially really enjoyed the mixed of modern amenities with the antique decor. This is a property I would love to stay at again the next time we visit Julian. The check-in process was a breeze, and we really appreciated the owner's flexibility in allowing us to check-in early. This property rocks!

Perfect location to explore the town of Julian
This is the perfect Julian location to feel like a local and explore the town on foot. We’ve stayed in Julian many times and this is by far our favorite. The historic house is charming and the neighborhood was quiet. The location is perfect - one block from Main Street.
The house was well-equipped with everything we needed - shampoo, coffee, and restaurant/activity recommendations. It was perfect for a getaway weekend.

Nice Cottage Home
Nice combination of historic meets modern. Owner Steve is a contractor and knows what he is doing. Nice blend. However, take precautions if you bring younger kids, as there are a few breakables in the entry area. Would definitely like to visit again. Maybe catch some snow next time.

I did my research and this great vacation rental did not disappoint. Super clean, historic, but with all the modern conveniences. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen, good TVs with Directv and good Wifi. The best part was how close to downtown Julian it was and also how secluded and quiet at the same time. We ate out, slept in and had a great time.
