Very comfortable and well-appointed room. Julie has put a lot of thought and effort into providing a lovely place to stay. It's also within reasonable walking distance to hospitals as well as a few places to eat.
It was a little noisy with traffic and thumping from the house, but not constant and not a huge issue.

The people are beautiful. The people are what matters. Very helpful and accommodating. Great location. Quite tight but a warm cosy tight. Appointments are excellent, a little better than excellent, and the access is private and welcoming. I was a little concerned to start with but soon found all was very good. You will enjoy your stay.
There appears to be a problem with parking, but I found that it was only an appearance. People are coming and going to their homes and so parking becomes available rather quickly. It’s quite extraordinary really.

It was not an Air B&B so breakfast was not included. Thankful for the few treats available as location was not near shops. Shower was welcome after a long walk along the bay and a rest in a comfortable bed was good. As I arrived early before usual check in time host was happy for me to leave my bags there. Grateful for few snacks provided as i had walked a considerable distance after leaving my bags. Host said there was a cafe at the corner.
Tea/Coffee making supplies were high up on top of microwave which was on top of fridge difficult to reach Shelf in shower was high also with large bottles of shampoo /conditioner . Not suitable for an elderly person travelling alone. Entry steps were steep.
