You get what you pay for

Great views, sanely priced, gorgeous beach and good location

Many things in the condo were in bad shape: hole in the wall where the front door hits it, every balcony chair except 1 was broken and unusable, bathroom sink drawer would fall to a diagonal angle if pulled out, tub had large cracks in the ceramic, TV remote missing busted up missing a corner.

This property is in a prime location with an amazing view, but in desperate need of renovations.

I like the location, not just the location for local attractions, but the location right on the beach was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view was amazing.

I didn't like that the condo was in desperate need of repairs and updating. There was mold on the vents, Tv remotes didn't work, closet door was jammed shut. The double bed in the ad said a full and twin in one of the rooms. When we got there, it was only 2 twins, so we had to redo our sleeping arrangements. It felt like the repairs that were made were typical of a low rental apartment ran by a slum lord. The coffee pot that was in the kitchen leaked water all over the counter. The icemaker in the fridge barely worked. There was no deadbolt or lock at all for that matter to help keep the kids in at the front door. There was quite a bit of pots and pans, but specific utensils like a pizza cutter were missing. The dustpan was broken, making it hard to sweep. Paint was peeling off the ceiling and dangling. The balcony chairs don't belong outside, They are inside chairs, and due to the rain and humidity the pressboard in them was mushy, so 2 of the 4 chairs we couldn't even use. The furnace filter was so clogged it had sucked itself into a semi dome shape. There was a hole in the wall behind the front door, as well as paint missing on the walls, and repairs in the drywall that were just mudded. Never sanded or painted. There was more. I just don't feel like typing all of it.
