Spot-on location and good price. The owner and staff are friendly, relaxed, and helpful without being intrusive. Everything is clean and well-secured with digital codes for the front door and the room, with additional manual locker under the capsule.
The downside was that the staff don’t fully make the beds. Instead, they clean the capsule and leave the folded bedding on the mattress. Having to put on the sheets and pillowcase yourself when you arrive tired is inconvenient. Fully making the bed should be a standard expectation for any accommodation, regardless of the price.

La ubicacion excelente. El balcón es hermoso.
The beds and the stairs were uncomfortable. We kept hitting our heads on the ceiling. The bathrooms were filthy. We were stuck with people who didn’t flush the toilet and left hair everywhere. Apparently, some people live there and make their own rules in the room.

The owner is lovely, and the location is fantastic.
The rooms are TINY there is no space to move in them. That might not sound like an issue, and I normally don't care for space, but this felt extremely crammed. There isn't a place to be social and meet people. The shower door creaks and will wake up everyone in the room. The shower itself has no pressure and no place to hold the shower head. Just not a good experience.
