Great location, great property, great staff. The room was large, well appointed and very comfortable. Delicious buffet breakfast with many options. Short walk to the main square and bell tower.

Très bel hôtel, chambre et salle de bain spacieuse, très bien situé

Petit déjeuner très bon, mais pour ce prix nous aurions aimé avoir des croissants de la boulangerie et non des surgelés cuits sur place.

Il faisait froid dans la chambre avec une climatisation qui nous a rendue malade.

The perfect hotel in one of Europe’s most beautiful cities

EVERYTHING! Location, exterior, interior. Service is impeccable. The facilities are exceptional. I particularly love the lounge areas and the beautiful garden. We have travelled extensively all over the world and the breakfast here is as good as any we’ve experienced. The rooms are tasteful and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely. This is as good as hotels get!

Over het algemeen tevreden hoor.

Prachtig stijlvol pand en kamers!!! Een aamgename ervaring. Topontbijt en bediening.

Tv is achterhaald. Voor dergelijke prijs mag heden ten dage wel iets beters voorzien zijn. Ik nam voorafgaand telefonisch contact met het hotel. Ik had iets meer vriendelijkheid en beleefdheid verwacht van de persoon aan de andere lijn. Receptie was afgemeten beleefd, niet echt vriendelijk. Dat ietje meer , wat je in dergelijk hotel mag verwachten, was er niet. Restaurant was prijs/kwaliteit gewoon goed.

Tout était parfait! Suite dans la partie historique phénoménale Parking aisé. Restaurant de grande gastronomie! A 2 minutes du centre historique. Salle de fitness parfaite.

Welness uniquement composé de deux saunas. Pas de hammam ni de jaccuzzi.

Personeel in het restaurant erg attent en goede uitleg bij wijn e.d.

Laatste ochtend koud water om te douchen Werd alleen sorry gezegd en dat was het. Dat viel ons een beetje tegen. Daar hadden we iets meer van verwacht. Zoals eventueel een tegemoetkoming in de parkeergarage-kosten.

Décoration magnifique, idéalement situé, personnel très agréable et souriant. Petit déjeuner incroyable! Le seul bémol est la taille du parking et le fait que celui-ci ne soit pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

Elegance in every flourish. Easy walking to everything in Bruges. Easy parking, and a breakfast room to die for. Ubicación excelente, instalaciones bonitas, limpias y cómodas. El bar y restaurante muy agradables y buena comida.

El restaurante a veces se maneja por menú y no a la carta, lo cual puede hacer que busques otras alternativas. Es algo caro pero encuentras otros restaurantes cercanos al hotel.

Licht und Schatten

Lage im Zentrum von Brügge. Ruhiges Zimmer, komfortables Bett. Freundliches Personal am Empfang.

Erreichbarkeit und Wegbeschreibung der Garage. Man muss 80 m in eine Einbahnstraße einfahren, was zwar von einem Zusatzschild erlaubt wird, aber von anderen Autofahrern mit Hupen quittiert wird. Wir hatten zwei Versuche und mussten im Hotel anrufen und nachfragen. Das Internet war nicht überzeugend. Mangelhaft war das Personal im Restaurant - wir mussten lange warten, es kam niemand auf die Terrasse, erst auf Beschwerde tauchte jemand auf. Barkeeper war überheblich und meinte, es wäre viel los - aber 30 Minuten auf ein Getränk warten in einem so teuren Hotel geht gar nicht. Man muss die Koffer aus der Tiefgarage mehrere Treppen hochschleppen - bei der Abreise baten wir um Hilfe, natürlich wurde dafür ein Tip erwartet.

Room smelt stale. Did not reflect the downstairs parts of the hotel. The room was dated. Mould in shower. Worn wooden furniture. Very American corporate bedroom rather than European.

EXCELLENTE

Nous avions réservé une chambre Deluxe et nous avons été upgradé dans une suite Deluxe, d'où le dépassement de nos attentes. Magnifique chambre avec un vitrail du cathédrale splendide. La chambre était propre, le lit confortable et une carte avec un message + un amenity. L'équipe était formidable surtout la personne au check-IN (qui nous a accompagné en chambre, en expliquant le produit et ce que nous disposons dans le quartier) et le Night manager, qui nous a servi un petit déjeuner digne de son nom, magnifique.

J'ai tout aimé sauf peut être à l'arrivé, une jeune fille de la réception, qui a volontairement évité notre check-in et a laissé la responsabilité au jeune homme de le faire. Ce jeune homme a bien pris soin de nous et nous a fait oublié cet instant infime d'inattention.
