The friendliness of our reception was extraordinary. The room was very comfortable and the bedding was of high quality.

Friendly staff clean rooms , bedding and towels. Get place to stay with your pet. Very near a park which you were able to walk your pet.
The room was very hot which we were unable to control. No windows could be opened for fresh air. We unfortunately had a restless night sleep.

Hotel is placed in a quite neighbourhood, with some large shops just a block away. 20 minutes walk to Basic-Gym. Some rooms have terrace.
Staff is kind and helpful. Bar is visited by locals for breakfast and beer, which is a nice vibe.
Overall organisation of the hotel is bad.
Breakfast buffet is limited. Coffee machine sometimes does every 2-3rd coffee. No clean plates and bowl available, except of those on tables. Bacon is served fried one time, and raw another time.
Breakfast room was full of unused equipment which didn't present nice.
Hotel doors are closed at night and supposedly to be open on request. In my case it wasn't. I called intercom to the reception (just in front of the entry glass doors) few time. At the same time phone was ringing, but no one showed up. I had to open the front doors by force. Luckily it opened - but it means that someone can just get it without being noticed.
