The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted in getting a taxi. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
I didn't mind, but my husband had a difficult time with the stairs

central to the centre and Bitburger tour
was not actually hotel in the picture on booking.com and was a sister hotel so was not expecting that
