Nahe beim Hauptbahnhof, aber ein weiter Fußweg von 15 Minuten, da es beim Bahnhof keine Unterführung gibt. Hotel in Sichtweite hinter dem Bahnhof. Schönes ruhiges Zimmer.

Intressant stad med många minnesmärken från romartiden.

Lugnt läge trots nära centralstationen.

Man var tvungen att gå en omväg till centralstationen och stadens centrum.

Modern comfortable hotel. Good value.

Modern clean and very comfortable hotel. Spacious rooms. Very quiet.

Although it's located next to the railway station it's a long walk as you need to cross the tracks. Probably 20 minutes walk into the town centre.

Decent hotel to stay for one or two nights

The room was clean and big enough, the bed was comfortable. The staff (when we arrived) was friendly and helpful.

I tried to contact the hotel for 2-3 weeks, because we had to check-in early. This did not work. I tried with three different phone numbers, with the chatting function by booking.com and also by mail. Sadly we did not get any answer. The price for the room+breakfast is a bit too high in my opinion.

just the job on a stopover on our way back to uk!

close proximity to trier centre (walking) free on site parking. what more do you need on a stopover!

breakfast was an additional cost- would have been nice to have been included.

Clean and comfortable

It’s technically next to the train station, but there’s no direct connection so you still need to walk 15 minutes to get there, it seems very close to the city center but it’s not.

The whole corredor was smelling like some burned electronic. There is no path to the Central Station. You need to go around and it takes 10 to 15 minutes

Exceptional

Perfect location, very close to the highway or to the train station. Shops and fast food are close to the hotel. Amiable and welcoming staff. Check-in is super fast. The room is excellent and very warm, comfortable bed and a quiet zone for a good night sleep. Breakfast was fabulous. Parking is available at the rear of the hotel.

The stay itself was fine, but check-in arrangements were dire.

IT system fault prevented access to the hotel as arranged for a late arrival, and no communication was possible by phone or text to get round this. Follow-up correspondence about the matter has been acknowledged but no response has been sent.

Comfortable with very professional staff that made us feel very welcome

The staff here were great. There was a problem with our room and they quickly solved the issue and made us feel very welcome. We felt very comfortable in the end and happy to recommend this place to anyone

We had an issue with our room and as we checked after reception hours had to wait until morning but the staff were great and sorted it all out!

Two night stay in a clean modern hotel

Excellent clean, comfortable modern and spacious room. Good breakfast. Great value.

Not the prettiest location - next door to a parcels depot. A bit of a trek to the town centre, about 20 minutes walk.
