The view from our window was just so beautiful! The room is nice and tidy, with a good selection of food for breakfast. We will definitely be back to explore more of the beautiful Smiltene.

The location is astounding, it's surrounded by greenery continued by a large forest-like park and you get fresh air and quiet. The food was really good and very diversified - at breakfast and dinner. The staff was only around in the dining area, but we got everything we needed, with the garbage im the room thrown out everyday. At the front desk we got candy or apples and a map. The entry was through a code.
The twin bed room was not as nice as the double room, which included a desk and an armchair, that was the only downside, but still nice enough. It was a bit chilly on the first night in the room and especially in the bathroom, the heat was not turned on, only the towels were on a heated rack.

The breakfast was good. The view was beautiful. The bed was comfortable.
The dinner was not very good. In our room the toilet seat was broken and the shower attachment was broken so it had to be held in the hand. There was only one waitress and the drinks were very slow in coming and the drinks we wanted weren’t available.
