Kitchen The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside. Bedrooms Villa Bellamar has 4 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. Additional bed available: 1 Folding bed. (Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.) Bathrooms Villa Bellamar has 3 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 3 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Swimming Pool Private Pool Size: 7.0m x 3.0m Depths: Shallow End = 0.50m; Deep End = 1.70m Aspect: South Facing Pool Access: Steps Additional Pool Features: Pergola, Sun Beds, Poolside Dining Area, Pool Shower and Heated Pool. Pool Heating This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it is required please contact us for further assistance. Additional Information The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your arrival. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required. Pets - not allowed

We spend our holidays in this house since several years (sometimes 2 times per year). It´s everytime like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location There is no noise, but within 5 min walk you are at the promenade/beach with all the shops and restaurants. It´s the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK !

We love the house (in- and outside) and the location There is no noise, but within 5 min walk you are at the promenade/beach with all the shops and restaurants. Fabulous location - quiet location yet only a short walk to the centre of town. Really enjoyed our stay at the villa and the layout was perfect for us. Plenty of towels /pool towels and we were impressed they were changed twice during our stay, bed linen was changed and rubbish taken away too.
