I love the service by staff. Very welcoming. Checking if we okay.
Kitchen utensils were limited like bowls and pots because we liked cooking variety for everyone. We had only 1 bowl for 4 night. Maybe if they can make them 4 and 4 pots.

It is located in a good area of Durban. It was very clean and comfortable.
We unfortunately had some very rowdy tenants downstairs who came and went at least 4 times during the night. There was no loud music but there was a lot of very loud conversation and laughing and car doors slamming. This is not the fault of the establishment. The other houses on the street are very run down. Roselands stands out as being one of the few places that is properly maintained.

I liked the fact that there was privacy and no noise
The reception and hosts were too strict the focus was on the house rules not how we can enjoy ourselves in the property they were too serious felt uncomfortable
