Nestled in Englewood Beach, this lovely villa for $230 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Set in a private community directly across the street from the beautiful Englewood Beach. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest has a twin beds. The carport is enclosed for extra living space. The villa has recently been updated to granite counter tops in kitchen & bathrooms, a nice walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and tile throughout. This is a beautiful villa and you won't regret renting this year after year. *55+ community*

We had a great time in Florida and enjoyed to stay at the villa.
Property is very specious and has everything you need for great vacation. Property manager is very easy to communicate with.
In real life property is even better than on the pictures. Neighborhood is very nice and quite. Looking to come back.

There were 4 of us so the 2 bedroom unit was just right. The location is absolutely awesome! Great restaurants and beaches within walking distance. We have stayed in Englewood numerous times and this was the best location by far!

There were 4 of us so the 2 bedroom unit was just right. The location is absolutely awesome! Great restaurants and beaches within walking distance. We have stayed in Englewood numerous times and this was the best location by far!

Lovely little house. Recently updated and very clean. Close access to the community pool, which is HUGE and very nice. Also just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be renting again!
