A fost destul de bine!

Personal foarte amabil

Probleme cu parcarea masinii.Nu am gasit mereu loc de parcare! Micul dejun poate fi mai diversificat!

Good value for the money.

It was clean, but would need some renovations (furniture, bathroom) but then it would be more expensive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location quite far from center but accessible and closer to my needs.

Shower tub could have been better, but still was ok.

Short stay !

The staff were kind and helpful.

Dated and broken furniture. Dirty and broken bathroom appliances. The sink drain and plastic pipe connector was filled with gunk which gave off a disgusting smell. Black mould was developing as well. This has to be addressed immediately as it’s a health an safety issue. Pest control people were present there for a day and guests were required to be away from their rooms for several hours because of the harmful substances they used.

Very good

clean rooms and fresh linen, breakfast is tasty, personal is open to assist and cooperate in any question, very positive atmosphere, located in very quiet place with an easy access to the city centre and city park with the biggest shopping malls in the closest area. Really, it was a very good stay, I can recommend this hotel for the normal people, who are not going crazy of "luxury" life.

Exceptional

I haven’t seen more personal attitude from the front desk manager. we came with the little baby in 5 am, and the girl helped us a lot!!! thank you very much, once again!

Expectation to return to the old level of comfort and service.

The person at the reception was very polite and tried to do his best to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is at a very good location in a pleasant area.

I have been a guest of this hotel for more than 5 years but the last two times I had some unpleasant surprises. Instead of giving me a room with a double bed, I was initially accommodated in a room with 4 separate beds, no towels and lack of signal for TV. Only the kindness of the person at the reception made our stay acceptable by providing another room that corresponded to our expectations.

ok if you are just looking for a safe place to spend the night

location - easy-ish to reach and close to city center price from booking was 15% smaller then the hotel rate confortable bed

everything in the room was old (except the tv that was flat:) ) air con unit from '90 with smelly air bathroom small and position on the toilet chair is unconfortable if you are a big person (no enough space) small plastic shower cabin towels not too clean, smelly and thin too noisy inside (you can hear if somebody at the next story opens/closes the door)

Not what I expected

the location is pretty good, close to a big park which is a popular attraction

My room was packed with old strange furniture. I’ve booked a single bad room, while there was 3 single bad, chair, enormous table, wardrobe in a room and almost no space. Looked like a warehouse a bit. The bathroom facilities were old and worn out. Totally not what I expected from photos. Maybe I was just unlucky with a room.
