We’ve been here twice before. Good pool and staff.
Hotel staff poor. Air conditioner not working on our first night. Reception apologised and said they would attend to it the next day - nothing happened.
The restaurant was closed the first night due to a function - ok they informed us and we eat by the pool. We went down at 7:30 pm the next night - no one there. Eventually someone cane from reception after we telephoned - restaurant closed. Pool bar closed. No reason - no apology - why didn’t they inform us before? Couldn’t even get a drink. This is not a hotel! Wouldn’t even call a taxi for us to go into town - had to do that ourselves.
And to think we went back to the hotel for the third time because of the good food and service!!
