Beautiful chalets well equipped and clean in a great lakeside location. The reception staff spoke impeccable English and couldn’t do enough to help.
The sister hotel with more spa-type facilities was not easily accessible unless you had a car.

Traumhafte Lage, genug Platz, man hat alles was man braucht
WC schon sehr alt (Klobrille etc…), nicht ganz sauber. Die Stiege in den oberen Stock ist mit Kleinkindern sehr gefährlich!

Wisselende ervaring: personeel soms vriendelijk, andere weer een stuk minder. Kamer was prima, wel wat ouderwets. Tijdens ons verblijf vond er een bruiloft plaats in de tuin/op de steiger waardoor we daar geen gebruik van konden maken. Dit was ook niet verteld bij aankomst. Als compensatie gratis ontbijt aangeboden gekregen. Ontbijt was prijzig, zou ik niet bijboeken. Leuke faciliteiten voor kinderen; speeltuin, zwembad, meertje. Maar qua prijs vond ik het duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Je mag niet fietsen en er zijn geen honden toegestaan op het vakantiepark, maar er wordt niks gedaan aan drinkende jongeren overdag die harde muziek buiten luisteren.
