The rooms are super clean and well divided. Breakfast is not that big but the quality and taste are really good. The products were fresh and the service was superb.
The location is very good for skiing in gerlitzen but there's nothing around the hotel.

Easy to park, lovely welcome at reception on arrival, bright room with good storage space, excellent information in the room, comfortable beds, super clean hotel, superb breakfast buffet, the choice, food and breakfast service all first class.
The powerful water pressure was great but the shower design could not cope and the entire floor flooded.
Dinner, food and service were disappointing. A shame as otherwise the hotel was a 10.
