Parking is very tight, underground beneath the hotel. Fine for a few days but challenging if you want to get in and out several times. That said, Aix is a walking City and the local buses are excellent. We found the staff to be very helpful. Facilities are limited but adequate for a City visit.
Restaurant for breakfast is very small and can be crowded, But breakfast itself is fine, just sometimes very busy. And be careful with the underground car park, it is tight.

Convenient location to explore the area. Basic hotel for a short stay.
Staff were helpful during our stay.
Storage area for luggage if you arrive early as check- in is 3pm.
Some rooms have a balcony which was great and air-conditioning was a bonus. There is a fridge stocked with drinks but a supermarket is located next door to the hotel which was much cheaper.
We had 4 rooms 2 were great however One room was in the attic area it was very hot and if your tall watch your head. We were in room 2 on the ground floor and the toilet was very high on the wall quite difficult if your short 🤣!!
