Stanza molto pulita, residence nuovo e struttura molto carina ed organizzata. L'incontro quotidiano con gli anziani presenti nell'alloggio rende tutto più piacevole. La struttura dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Aix en Provence. A 3 minuti a piedi c'è un parcheggio gratuito in cui trovare facilmente posto.

The condominium is nice, the apartment is modern and was very clean. Good value.
AC was not working properly, it was a bit hot during the night.

The apartment is essentially a brand new self-contained show home with balcony, equipped kitchen etc. The full-time residents tend to be seniors who you very occasionally encounter them in the hallways for a quick “Bonjour”. It is incredibly peaceful / soundproof at night. This is a really good location. Very quick walk into the old town for the restaurants etc and there are bus stops close by for further afield trips. There’s a supermarket nearby too.
Would be good to have a fob for the entry and side gate rather than needing to keep looking up the entry codes.
