Location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful and hotel was surprisingly quiet despite it's location next to the train station. Good breakfast buffet selection.
No tea and coffee in the bedroom although a kettle was supplied when asked but don't let that put you off

The room was spacious and everything you need. It had good sound proofing and was quiet, considering it is so close to main station. The price was good value.
It ticked the box for a room close to main station but nothing above and beyond. The bar was always empty or closed with no atmosphere encouraged. We asked for towels to be replaced 4 times over 3 days and were promised but they never came. We would have preferred a second pillow each. Room was set up for 1 on arrival and we had to ask for extra towels/duvet etc for 2nd person. This was our second stay in a fortnight here. On the first one, the fire alarm went off at 7.15am and we had to evacuate. I understand this can’t be helped.
