The house meet the general standard for a short stay.

Place looked exactly like pictures (which isnt always the case). Very clean, nicely updated, comfy living area and beds. Owners very responsive.

This property is in an older neighborhood, but the house itself has been nicely upgraded. When we first arrived, we were concerned that the house next door must be owned by a hoarder. There was 'stuff' consuming the property but it turned out not to be a concern. There was no noise and the area felt safe.
The home itself really is a home away from home. We had everything we needed and the owners were great with communication and helping us feel welcome. It is very clean, and quiet, and even has a washer and dryer.
If visiting again, we will give this rental another look. It really was close to everything we wanted to see.

The next door neighbor needs to do something with his place. Must be a recluse or a hoarder.

The host was so gracious in letting us stay at her beautiful and clean home at the last minute when our other reservation had some issues. It was literally perfect! The beds were comfortable, it was spotless, and we felt right at home! The host was easy to reach and the house was close to where we had to move our daughter in. We would love to stay again!

So clean and nicely remodeled. Location was perfect just as host had communicated. Only 10 min from Fort Jackson which is where are trip was to. The snacks and water in the kitchen were an added much appreciated touch. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Columbia in the future

While we only stayed for two nights and spent little time at the rental while we were at Admitted Student’s Day, it was perfect. Gave our family of 4 a little more room to move around than a hotel room. House was cute and nicely decorated. Loved the little coffee bar! Would definitely stay again!

Very quiet location yet close to so much. Nicely updated and appointed, I had everything I needed. I brought folding chairs for the backyard without realizing the house has some already. No cable so no local broadcast news if that's important to you. I would definitely stay here again.

This was absolutely perfect for our visit to USC. The quiet neighborhood was exactly what we needed after busy days exploring the campus. Great restaurants nearby and a quick trip to the campus with a drive-thru Starbucks on the way. The house itself was perfectly furnished and welcoming! Highly recommend.

Convenient location, wonderful neighborhood, great kitchen, very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay to attend our son’s graduation from basic training at Ft. Jackson. The house was great for what we needed. 2 comments to keep in mind if you rent this house, internet is weak and only TV is Netflix.

This is our second time staying at Rosewood Roost. We love it! It is clean, cute, comfortable, and in a great location. The owners are easy to work with and communicate quickly and well. They also leave snacks which is a nice treat! The $20 for pizza, doughnuts, or credit toward the stay for second-time renters is so thoughtful and kind! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here when our son graduated from Boot Camp. It was less than 15 minutes from Ft. Jackson. The house was fine though there could be a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning (kitchen sink, along baseboards, a couple of stains on the sofas, etc) but I am admittedly a clean freak. Overall I would recommend it.

Check in was easy. House was clean and had everything you need to make your stay easier & comfortable. Neighborhood was peaceful. Host made great recommendations & checked in on me during the stay.

Stayed here three days with my teenage daughter. Bedrooms were spacious enough with small closets (but good enough for a short stay). Convenient location, but there is a school on the road a block or so down that creates some traffic backup in the mornings and afternoons. Overall, I was happy with the stay and would stay here again.

We stayed here for our sons basic training graduation and it was close to base, as well as lots of Columbia hot spots! Hayley’s house was exactly as described and check in and out was a breeze. Hayley responded quickly to any needs we had and there were special homey touches she left to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely use this home again if we are in the area!

Check in and out was simple. The property was well kept and clean it had lots of little bonus items such as snacks and coffee whiv6h my husband and I greatly appreciated. I enjoyed my stay and we would definitely stay again
