Towels, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and so on get provided, which is great.
Bathroom is spacious with many mirrors, hairdryer and outlets in front of the shower cabins, so everyone found space to get ready.
Capsule has a regular and a USB-A outlet. It also has a dimable light, which is great in the morning/evening.
The hallway of the 2nd floor often smells like cold smoke. Since during cleaning time all doors are kept open for hours, the smell also seeps into the sleeping area, which is closest to the staircase. My capsule was far away from the door so inside there, it was fine, I could sleep well.
The TV was dusty, especially the cables behind the screen.
Bathroom looks fine for the most part, but in the corners where the wallpaper peels off it looks like there's mold underneath. I did not feel any negative effect though.
Considering the price it was overall acceptable.

Clean, separate areas (bathing, storage with lockers, toilet, common, laundry) with sleeping areas. Location is excellent: about 5’ walk to the main Yokohama station.
Crossing the bath/ make-up area to access other areas.

Clean, location next to the station
Its really uncomfortable to put all of your things back to your backs and to the storage (without security)every day because of the cleaning. Also it limits your sleep, preparation time, everything… for longer than 1 night stay I wouldnt recommend
