The room and view were excellent. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The couch was a little dirty, so we put one of the bed sheets over it. The toilet was running constantly, so we fixed it.
One main concern - we had staff come to our door early in the morning asking to change the battery in the keypad on our door. We asked them to come back later because we were sleeping. They came back about an hour later. This happened on the first morning after check-in, so I'm not sure why they couldn't change the battery before we checked in. At the very least, they could have called first to give us a heads up and make sure we weren't busy. Being woken up early while I'm on vacation is huge pet peeve of mine. And they did it twice in one morning.

Convenient location, spacious, clean room
Rooms need to be updated. Water damage by shower area, walls and doors need to be painted. Marks on floors and walls.

Location , staff and pool
Limited cleaning and limited towels and toiletries . No bedding on the sofa bed, pillows on the bed are awful 😞

the 2 kings in the room and free cold water in the lobby.
i booked 2 rooms and they didn’t put us together… not even in the same tower!!!
