Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming house for $329 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. It will be “Totally Worth it!” 4 bedroom/2 bath (jack and jill), kid friendly beach bungalow located on Ocean Isle Beach Canal #12. Luggage elevator, open floor plan, and vaulted ceilings providing tons of natural light. The large back deck provides another outdoor living space overlooking the canal. The canal features a floating dock to tie up your boat with easy access to the ICW. Enjoy swimming, paddle boarding(included), or kayaking in the canal or head down to the beach and enjoy the ocean breeze! The indoor dining table seats 6 (extra chairs around the house) or enjoy your meals on the back deck. The kitchen has everything a cook might need and a kitchen bar that seats 3. A charcoal grill is provided for cooking outside or enjoy one of the amazing local restaurants nearby. 7 minute walk to the closest beach access on Concord St. Enclosed Outdoor shower! For the kids(small or big!): Inside- board games, some toys, and coloring. A booster seat and pack n play are provided. Portable gate to put at the top or bottom of the outdoor stairs. Outside-over the door basketball, swing, ring toss, corn hole, crab pot off the dock. Sleeps 10. Linens/ towels NOT included. Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: King Bedroom 4: 2 twin bunks Queen sleeper sofa Laundry on ground floor/under house. 4 seater golf cart rental option available. *Disclaimer: there is an outdoor camera under the left side of the house facing the front steps.

We had a great time at this property! The home was just as listed and was very clean upon arrival. We were able to all enjoy the amenities this home offers as well as utilize the golf cart to go to and from the beach access. We would love to come back in the future for more beach visits!

Loved the house. Very clean and well equipped for cooking, games, hanging out. Really enjoyed old-school charcoal barbecue on the Weber. Great location on canal. Perfect for family kayak excursions. Optional golf cart great for quick trips to the beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Hope to book here again.

This house is setup for family fun. Inside you have a room setup with bunk beds, games, plenty of space. Back porch is outstanding for relaxing rain or sun. Underneath the house is setup for family gathering and have outside games everyone can enjoy. This is the house to book if you're looking for fun, with only one block to beach access.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at this home. The checkin process was seamless. The owner was very informative and friendly. The home was clean, spacious, and had tons of indoor and outdoor space. We really loved the view from the deck. We spent a lot of time in the morning and nighttime out there. The beach was just a short walk away. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was “totally worth it”!
We had the best time. The kids enjoyed the canal, I enjoyed the hammock, and we all enjoyed time together with fishing, corn hole and ring & hook toss. There was plenty to do and places to relax, the beds were comfy, and the view was great! It was a pleasure able stay!

Lovely Home for a family Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. While there were some cleanliness issues it wasn't something that would make us uncomfortable. The communication with the owner was top notch.

Great Stay
We had a great stay at this Ocean Isle Beach canal home. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We had 2 kayaks, and the canal location was perfect for quick and convenient water access. The owners are easily accessible and responsive. We had one minor issue during our stay, and the owner jumped all over it right away.

Our group had a great time at this property! We were there for a weekend. The house was clean and spacious. Lots of great outdoor areas to use. The host was very communicative during our stay for any questions that came up. We enjoyed our stay!

Just-right size house in the heart of OIB!
We had an amazing time in our trip to OIB. The house was centrally located, within walking distance of the beach and different activities/restaurants at OIB, which was great for our family. We loved all the activities inside the property, too! We really enjoyed the paddle board, and our kids (2 + 5) loved the books, board games and art supplies. The house was the perfect size for our family. We loved no stairs to climb and how everything close together once inside the house, but there were tons of deck and dock space to spread out. The fence in the back gave us great peace of mind and opportunity for the kids to run and play, too!

House had many bedrooms and enough space for 10 people (5 adults and 5 kids). Host was easy to communicate with. Overall experience was fantastic!

Fantastic Charm!
Perfect beach rental in OIB! The home was super clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week with family. The lift elevator was so useful for all the luggage and groceries, not sure we can go without one in the future now! Bunk room was perfect for our kids, and all other rooms very suitable for the adults. Docking our boat at the hone was a breeze too. We look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful, clean, well decorated home in the perfect location, right on a canal. Easy walk to the beach. Owner is very responsive and we were 100% thrilled with everything. We will be returning to this home again!

Great family gathering spot.
We came with 3 generations of folks with ages between 4 mos. and 65 years. We were really pleased to walk in and find the home so comfortable and well thought out. The luggage elevator made unloading the cars a breeze. It did not take long to settle in and start enjoying ourselves. Launching our boat and finding the house on the canal was easy peasy and the dock is in good shape. I felt the boat was safe and secure the whole week that we were there. The fenced-in yard gave us much peace of mind with young grandsons playing outside. The house has a SUP which we enjoyed using in the canal in the quiet mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. There were options on how to brew the ever-important morning coffee. We had brought a couple of favorite cooking pans and found that we did not really need them. The walk to the beach was not excessive and easily managed by the 3 1/2 yo grandsons The shower under the house was invaluable upon return from the beach. We also really enjoyed the large deck on the canal side of the house which made it easy to see what was going on down by the dock and in the yard. The eastern exposure was pleasant in the mornings and meant it was shaded in the afternoons.
