In addition to its unbeatable location, this condo features a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, beautiful open floor plan, and an outdoor seating area with magnificent views. It's the perfect setting for immersing yourself in all Ouray has to offer! Bed Configuration: Main Floor Bedroom - Queen Bed with bath across the hall Second Floor Loft Bedroom - Queen Bed with attached bath and laundry The beautiful first floor bedroom offers one queen bed and tons of natural light! The main bathroom is across the hall, featuring a beautiful stone bath area with jetted tub and shower and double vanity. The second bedroom in the open loft area features one queen bed, a brand-new bathroom and laundry area! The deck offers an outdoor dining area, comfortable seating, and a gas grill. There is parking in the back of the alley for one car any additional cars may utilize street parking. Please Note: This listing is for sale, so it may be requested to be shown during your stay. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. This was probably one of the most well stocked condos we ever stayed in. They thought of everything! I’d highly recommend staying here. The location is steps away from everything.

Nice place. Open, high ceilings, airy, nice furniture and beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice bathrooms. You can walk to anywhere in Ouray, they even have a trail around the city!

We really enjoyed our stay. We only have one complaint which is the temperature in the condo. We understand not having AC in mountain homes but only one window could be opened that had a screen. The floor box fans don’t help cool the bedrooms. Tower fans or ceiling fans would be helpful as none of us slept well with the heat.

Excellent place to stay. Absolutely everything you would need. We didn't cook, but kitchen is so well stocked. Lovely place to enjoy hot springs, hiking, the small town. Just a great location. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Highly recommend this outstanding apartment/condo.

My husband and I LOVED the style and space in this loft. Just gorgeous! Perfect location right above the main street shops. Easily walkable to everything because it's in the center of town. Great views from both front and back balconies too. Would love to come back and stay here again!

Make sure you read all the reviews before committing to renting this property. Aesthetically the property is fantastic it’s modern and in a perfect location right in downtown Ouray and walking distance from everything. In actuality this property has two major problems that will negate any positive aspect of it. 1) No air-conditioning: I get it this is a high-altitude property and the number of days above 80° are few during the summer however if you are renting during that period of time the lack of airflow in the actual property will not help to cool it down enough so that sleeping at night is comfortable. I natural airflow in the property is extremely poor and there are only two small cheap oscillating fans to help augment that. The biggest source of airflow the front door does not have a screen door so it’s basically rendered useless because you let in a lot of flies. Additionally the overwhelming majority of the window screens have massive holes in them which again let in a lot of flies. This could be solved by adding a screen door to the front door replacing all the broken screens and purchasing a handful of window fans, not stand up cheap oscillating ones. 2) The downstairs bedroom queen bed: There are several reviews that described as bad as being horrendous and they are all true. The bed caves in towards the center basically forming a taco and making it impossible to sleep especially for two people. I addressed this issue with the property manager prior to my trip and they stated that they had replaced the mattress with a brand new memory foam mattress. This was true they did replace the mattress however it is way too soft in my opinion. More importantly this did not correct the issue of the bed sloping towards the center of the mattress. My two guests did not get a single night of adequate sleep and woke up each morning with their back in significant pain. After some investigation my friend and I discovered that the boxspring is broken beyond repair. We removed the mattress and tipped the boxspring over to discover that 3 of the wooden support slats we broken clean through. 2 running width ways and 1 running length ways. The issue of the bed will never be fixed until the boxspring is replaced. I reached out to the property manager to discuss a partial refund because they assured me the problem was solved but I have received no response. Until they fix these issues DO NOT RENT if you have 2 or more people and it is summer time.

We have stayed twice and this place is great. Perfect location. Our only complaint is it’s hard to get it to ventilate and cool down at night with no AC when it’s warm in the summer. A box fan for the window over the kitchen sink would do wonders.

Location is great. Wish there was an entrance off of the Main Street, but walking around the side wasn’t bad. Like other reviewers mentioned, the downstairs queen mattress is absolutely worn out. You will roll to the middle of the bed. Overall, the place is very clean and convenient to everything in Ouray.

Owner/manager stated it had been replaced due to
previous complaints, but I'm not convinced this is
the case. It's V-shaped and my wife and I would
immediately roll to the center after laying down.
We each woke up with sore backs. I ended up
sleeping on the couch after the second night. We
pulled the sheets from the mattress and you can
clearly see the middle of the mattress is
channeled. As an aside, our 2 sons slept in the
upstairs Master King bed and they said it was very
comfortable. My wife and I slept downstairs
because there's no bathroom in the upstairs
Master.
- No toilet/bathroom upstairs in the Master bedroom.
- Internet is slow. Almost non existent in
the evening.

We stayed at the loft June 11'th-16'th 2021. I am going to start with 3 SMALL negatives. They need a better queen mattress downstairs, they need a garden hose to wash gravel dust off rental cars, they need a good fan to help pull in cool air in the evenings during abnormal heat conditions. Now the GREAT stuff....The loft is awesome, best stocked ABNB rental we have every stayed at. The KITCHEN is fabulous and well stocked. The GRILL is big and cooks hot! The furniture is comfortable and modern. The location is in the heart of the town. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

I've never been in such a beautifully appointed kitchen. It was such a beautiful place to cook and hang out that we barely ate out. The top floor that we called the crow's nest was a great place to read and do my morning mail. The windows and door to the roof opened and the air flow made it very comfortable even on the warmer days when it went up to the high 70's. My travel mate ended up sleeping up there, fairly comfortably, but needed to because the mattress on the Queen sized bed was shot. You couldn't lie on either side without rolling into the middle valley in the worn out soft mattress. This mattress HAS to be replaced and has probably been end-of-life for a good while. There is one lovely two sink bathroom, which was fine for the needs of two people in the apartment. We really enjoyed the dining table on the deck where we watched daybreak and sunset as we ate breakfast and dinner. The soft lawn furniture was comfy and well placed. The apartment design is gorgeous and the views from the apartment are wonderful. It was so quiet. Again, our only issue was the terrible bed in the 1st floor bedroom and that is an issue.

This place had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of kitchen accessories to cook meals, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The place looks very modern and updated. The location allows you to walk almost anywhere in town which was great for us. The only really “issue” we had was that the WiFi wasn’t that great but all in all my wife and I enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautiful loft apartment with a cool industrial vibe and is just as nice in person as the photos. The kitchen was well-stocked and the unit is spacious. The only negatives are that the space was cold as there was a snowstorm and the heat took a long time to heat up, and the downstairs bedroom didn’t get above 60. We called management and they sent someone out, but they said the heat comes from the floor and takes a long time. We were there for two nights and it never warmed up as much as we would have liked. There were also quite a few burned out light bulbs which made the living areas dark. Someone again came out but didn’t have a ladder tall enough to replace. We also had to call for someone to get us a shovel so we could get out and explore a little. They actually helped shovel the walkways, which was appreciated. The town itself was quite dead, but it is the off-season. The grill wouldn’t light itself although it had gas. We used the hand lighter from a drawer and it lit. My husband made one of the best steaks we ever had! The place is great and I would like to come back in summer. The location is great, right off Main. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect location to enjoy downtown Ouray
Very nice place! Quiet, even with being that close to downtown! Very clean & well appointed! Worried about only having one bathroom with all adults, but the bathroom is quite spacious, plenty of room and towels.
Manager was easy to get a hold of and very attentive to help with minor issues.

Cool loft
My daughters loved the double, modern loft. It does get warm during the day without air conditioning in the summer. Also, it is behind a meat and cheese store and we could smell salted, cured meats the whole time. It’s right on Main Street in Ouray, so it’s location is great for going out and doing activities.

Great location. Easy check in and property management was very responsive. The only downside is whoever is on the other side of the door in the living room is super loud. I have rented this location in the past and don’t remember the noise. Overall a great place !!!
