Our 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom, well-appointed contemporary condo is located in the center of downtown Ouray! Located near all Ouray has to offer; our luxury condo makes this destination perfect for your next mountain retreat! Our condo has all the comforts one expects with a well-appointed kitchen, featuring a wine fridge, up-to-date appliances and a comfortable dining area! For your comfort, we have A/C for the warm summer months, a gas fireplace to keep you toasty in the winter, and an elevator accessible from the back entrance. We have a Smart TV with streaming capabilities for all your favorite channels in the living area. Bed Configuration: Primary Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed Each bedroom offers high end beds for your sleeping comfort, a full bathroom with beautiful tile finishings offering a tub and shower combination. Parking is available on 7th Avenue or Main Street (Main St. parking during winter months has restricted over-night parking). No trailer parking is available at this home, you may park any trailers or oversized vehicles at the city's overflow lot on 9th Ave. ABOUT THE AREA Nestled at 7,800 feet, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This is a terrific property and although it has only one bathroom, it is huge and plenty of room for someone to show and another to get ready. Nice laundry room and great industrial style decor. It looks just like the pictures.

This listing is the most exceptional VBRO my wife and I have ever stayed at. Extremely well equipped linens, kitchen, appliances, bedding etc... Beautiful modern but rustic charm in the heart of the mountains. Amazing Ouray main street access while still having privacy. Our favorite place we have stayed in Ouray, and we will definitely be staying here again.

Fourth trip to Ouray and we have enjoyed all our stays but I do have to say this was the best location and the lodging was was the newest and cleanest and all the furniture was very comfortable. It is 3rd floor but they have an elevator if needed (we don’t mind stairs and preferred top as super quiet). We will definitely be looking to book our fifth trip to Ouray here!!!

We loved the Hallmark Hideaway and cant wait to come back to Ouray and stay here again. The loft was super clean, comfortable, very well stocked kitchen, great bedding and blankets and even had beach towels for the Hot Springs. Perfect!

This apartment is newly updated and very well furnished. Although it's right on Main street, it is in the back of the building and is quiet. On a Friday night after midnight, we could hear the music from a bar a couple of door down. However, with the windows closed, the noise is blocked out completely. We loved coming back to the apartment to relax after a long day of exploring. The space is so nice that we prefer to do takeout over dining in from nearby restaurants.

This is an excellent and well-appointed condo in Ouray for all your adventures. My partner and I worked remotely from the condo. We also played in the mountains and hot springs near the condo. We had a wonderful stay for sure.

This was the perfect condo for my wife and I for our Winter wonderland vacation to Southwest Colorado. This beautifully appointed and very modern condo is located inside the same building from the 1800’s as the local hardware store right in the center of town. We appreciated how many original industrial building components were preserved and accented throughout the building.
One note of caution for older adults or those with heart/health conditions, there are a lot of stairs to negotiate depending on which entrance to the building you use. Unfortunately we discovered after we hauled all our luggage up a narrow flight of exterior stairs at the garage entrance that there is a 7th street side entrance to the building that has no stairs and still gives access to the elevator. (Yes, there is an elevator but it is painfully slow) Unfortunately all instructions guide you through the garage side entrance and the keys provided do not work for the side entrance.
Once we figured all these logistics out the Condo was perfect for the two of us and we highly recommend it.

Really nice spot that is in a prime location in Ouray. It is on the third floor so that is a bit of a hassle. The apartment is very newly remodeled and was done so very well. I'd say this was the nicest rental I have stayed in Ouray by quite a bit.
