Situated in Ouray, this lovely condo for $241 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. City STR Permit #2024-1050. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation home, located just one mile from downtown Ouray, is a perfect peaceful getaway with amazing views of the surrounding peaks and the Uncompahgre River. The living area features large front-facing windows with views of the rich-colored soaring canyon walls and the Uncompahgre river, located just across the road. A cozy gas fireplace and comfortable seating welcomes guests to enjoy their favorite movie after a day of adventure. In-floor radiant heating provides a secondary heating source for your comfort during the winter months. The Primary bedroom, located on the main level, features a Queen Bed and a full bathroom located directly across the hallway. The second bedroom features two Twin beds. A sofa sleeper is provided in the he main living area Bed Configuration: Primary Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds Main Living Area - Sleeper Sofa. An outdoor front seating area is a great place to enjoy your favorite hot beverage while gazing across the valley at Bridal Veil Falls. Meanwhile, a private back deck offers a quiet area to relax, prepare a well-deserved grilled meal and gaze skyward at the mountains and stars. Take a morning walk along the River Walk trail, with convenient walking access to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and Park and downtown Ouray. This vacation home is located on the second floor of the building and guests are welcome to park up to one regular-sized vehicle in the garage and one regular sized vehicle directly in front of the garage. Trailer or RV parking is available at the west end of 9th Avenue in town. Parking is free. This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum. Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. Please review and follow the Pet Policy. About the Area: Nestled at the San Juan Gateway, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year. In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill or Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. Enjoy a 60-minute scenic drive to Telluride Ski Resort for a full day of the top five runs in America according to Conde Nast. The town of Ouray has a wide variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and Ouray Hot Springs. A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The property is exactly as pictured. Compared to other places we have stayed in Ouray CO, the decor was a little plain and didn't have as much of a mountain vibe. However, it was very comfortable, had a nice open concept layout, felt spacious, and had everything one could want - including heated floors! Particularly, it had a lot of great kitchen gear, for those who like to cook - for example a spiralizer and a crepe maker. It was very clean and neat. Good overall experience. Only drawback is that we had two cars and had to park one behind the other because there is no street parking and no other parking available, so sometimes we had to switch parking spots depending on who was leaving first.

This was the perfect property for our family. A great location with great views. The unit is simply but very clean and well stocked. The host even takes great consideration for the four-legged fur guests, providing toys and other amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Cute little place to stay in Ouray! Would recommend. It is close to town but challenging to walk to town with 2 kids but the drive is short. We arrived while it was snowing and over the next couple of days the road became muddy anyway. Inside was nice but the cleaning fee has not been put to good use-the top of the fridge was extremely dusty and when we opened blinds in masterBR, there was a bloddy/boogy tissueThe blinds in the other room were broken and not able to twist them closed. Kids wanted a bath and we had to screw the drain plug in but it would not hold water. Oh well- rest was nice and it was great to cook and relax in!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ouray and the beautiful condo we stayed in. The location was close to the stores and restaurants in Ouray while still having a comfortable separation from the center of town. The condo was clean and comfortable with most of everything we needed during our stay.

NO AIR CONDITIONING. lol.Otherwise.. I lovely vacation rental right on the river. We visited during high Temps and cabin was uncomfortable during the day but would be cool enough with all the windows open after midnight to sleep. Looks to have many heat sources so a winter Stay should have no issues. Was clean, nicely appointed, kitchen well stocked and you are provided an assigned parking space is a bonus. Property managers were very nice. Must drive thru large RV PARK to access. So the dirt road in front of the Condo is very busy. Had to leave windows open all night which will be a security issue for some in the summer. I "Get" why you wouldn't often need AC in Ouray but if it's unusually hot 80° to 90°F. You will miss it.

This property has dead gnats all over the place. They're on the ceiling, above the lights, in the corners, on the microwave. The doors don't have a deadbolt so you can't tell if the doors lock. One night the door opened in the middle of the night and scared the crap out of us. Still not sure how that happened. The neighbor upstairs stomps in late each night and played loud music. Had to download ANOTHER app on top of VRBO to get additional info. A complete disappointment.

The place has a good location, inside is nice but they must put an AC is was 80 degrees inside and when you open the window million of gnats come in,some skillet need to be replaced,it is close to hot springs pool and quiet

Nice place to stay in Ouray! About a 3 minute drive to the main strip or a 12 minute walk. Hiking trails could be accessed right near the condo. You need to download an app to get the check-in information--I made the mistake of trying to do this on the ride in when I had no service. Make sure to download in advance!

My sisters and I enjoyed a wonderful time together at your condo. The condo is quiet and right by the beautiful river. We were able to walk to town easily. We traveled to Telluride and to Black Canyon of the Gunnison easily. Thank you.
