Thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view and a maritime atmosphere from the balcony or terrace. The bright living and dining area, with an open-plan kitchen and large windows, offers a modern living experience. Underfloor heating, a bathroom with a rain shower and steam bath function, and a bioethanol fireplace ensure your comfort. A TV with a Blu-ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth are provided for your entertainment. The bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area can accommodate up to 4 people. The promenade, beach, harbour, restaurants and cafés are all nearby. Laboe, Kiel and Schönberg are within easy reach. At the Activity Centre, families can use the indoor playground and the black-light mini-golf free of charge; further playgrounds are located along the promenade. Just got back from a lovely stay at this penthouse, The views from the terrace are unbeatable, and the binoculars provided let us get a closer look at the boats, The living space is bright and airy, and having a Blu-ray player was a nice bonus for our movie nights, Would definitely come back!

What a fantastic escape! The kids had a blast playing at the nearby playgrounds, and we enjoyed the convenience of the private parking space, The living area is spacious, and we made good use of the stereo unit for some family music time, The terrace really is the highlight though, perfect for family dinners under the stars,

The penthouse is well-equipped with modern amenities, The bedroom had a comfortable double bed and a flat-screen TV, which was nice for relaxing after a day out, The bathroom's rain shower and steam bath function were a great way to unwind, Overall, the apartment meets practical needs without any fuss,

What a lovely getaway! The view from the balcony was nothing short of spectacular, especially during sunset, We spent hours just gazing at the Baltic Sea and watching the boats go by, Definitely a highlight of our trip!
