I loved the location, beautiful decor and charming French-style street view. The contemporary design is simple, elegant and incredibly tasteful. I felt completely relaxed and at home throughout my stay.

Massé is beautifully curated, the furnishings, the textures, the amenities but the service really lets them down.
We booked their highest deluxe room and they gave us a different room to what was advertised that looked nothing like the photos listed or what was in our booking confirmation. They later told us they had two deluxe rooms and we needed to select that other one (one room wasn’t even photographed and had a different bathroom and no bathtub). We came to an agreement with management but it ruined the end of our holiday. Service can also be slow and forgetful, you’ll have to ask for things twice or be used to inconsistency. Staff always seem a little flustered even with such a small amount of rooms.
