*We have been staying at Regyn’s for approx 30 years and note it is under new management again! (1) Friendly staff (2) Excellent location (3) The hotel has character
*I cannot give my usual good review this time! (1) Room not spotless (2) Decor showing it’s age (3) A kettle but neither cups/tea/coffee nor biscuits (4) Bathroom should have been cleaner (5) Thin towels (6) Extremely cramped

The location was great, the staff were very accommodating. The room was very clean.
The room was minute and very cramped. I hate the shower in the bath situation.
