Additional features that make this home a perfect place are: - An air hockey table, a ping pong table, darts (magnets, not sharp tips), corn hole, a domino table and several board games to keep the kids busy! -A fitness room with a treadmill and an exercise bike! The Location is a block off of Collier & the Residence Beach Entrance (Just a 6 minute walk to the beach!!!), allowing you to travel all around the island throughout the sunny scenery. 7 bikes (Equipped with Locks and Helmets!) are stored nicely in the garage for your choosing! The home has over 2300 square feet of indoor space for your family and friends to vacation together. Inside, the sea-inspired décor is designed to fit in with the beauty of Marco Island. Immediately when you step inside, you will experience the spacious and comfortable atmosphere presented by the home that is very appropriate for a true Marco Island experience; In fact, the distribution of the house is perfect even for 2 average families ! This homes kitchen is fully equipped with NEW modern appliances and all cookware that you need to make delicious plates in a very cozy atmosphere. Special appliances from the kitchen include: Air Fryer, Pressure Cooker Multi Use, Automatic Ice Maker, Coffeemaker, and Mr. Coffee Steam Espresso, Wine Cooler (18 Bottles), Latte and Cappuccino Maker, Ninja Professional Blender, Oster 4 Slices Stainless Steel Toaster, Ninja Express Chopper, and an Electric Can Opener. Each bedroom set is NEW, COMPLETE, and includes Flat Screen TVs, lamps, Closets, Big Drawers and tropical décor to create a distinctive Island-style ambience. The backyard area has a fully screened lanai entertainment area that offers complete privacy to the salt water pool (With HEATER!), a spa, a BEAUTIFUL outdoor barbeque area, a shower, and a door which connects to one of the bathrooms! If you want to feel relaxed and enjoy the shade, the pool area has sections just for you! (Everything is NEW!!!!) We rented this house for 3 nights for our annual girls trip and I can’t say enough good about this house and hosts! It was so well appointed with supplies and towels, plus kitchen supplies. The master bath was nothing short of amazing. The pool and hot tub was clean and gorgeous! Safe neighborhood too! The hosts texted and made sure we had everything we need and even welcomed us with a delicious cake when we opened the refrigerator! I would not hesitate to go back and stay at this house! Thank you for a relaxing getaway!

My family of four enjoyed staying at Flamingo House on our recent summer vacation! It is a beautiful property and it is very well maintained. My wife and I both commented that the house is even better looking in person! The pool was a very nice size and we found ourselves spending even more time there than originally planned. The game room and ping pong table were additional sources of 'fun' for family time as well! The owners checked in on us (via text) to ensure everything was going well, and they also had the fridge stocked with a nice variety of beverages for our family to enjoy during our stay. Overall, we were very pleased with Flamingo House and would book this property again for our next visit to Marco Island!

The house is great for a large family. It was very clean and felt like it was well worth the price. The house is a short walk to public beach access to a great beach spot. The pool and jacuzzi are great. The hosts were also very attentive and the feedback was quick when needed. A definite recommend. 10 out of 10.

My family had an amazing time staying at the Flamingo House. The house was better in person than how it was portrayed in photos (which is surprising because the photos are great). The hosts were absolutely amazing. Mabel texted us on day 2 to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was fully stocked with essentials and a delicious chocolate cake with a welcoming message was waiting for us when we arrived. We couldn’t have been happier. 5 stars. Can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay at Flamingo House! The home is beautiful and had everything we could ask for and so much more! We were blown away by the luxury touches throughout the home! We were on Marco Island for a family trip and the home really added a special touch to the trip. So many great memories over a short time. This is a lovely home with every conceivable amenity. The location is wonderful. There was plenty of room for our young children to play and for the adults to relax. The kitchen was perfectly appointed for preparing meals. You can tell it is maintained with pride.

This home made for a perfect vacation experience for us. Everything was clean, spotless and we were welcomed with a delicious cake, refrigerator full of great beverages and well furnished kitchen to easily eat meals in if we wanted. Walking distance to beach with bikes, coolers, chairs and tons of clean towels and sheets. Owners were so easy to communicate with and we have stayed in a number of VRBOs and this one cannot be beat! The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and comfortable furnishings just add up to a wonderful vacation home where you are made to feel completely at ease! We certainly did!

This was one of the nicest rentals we have had in over 20 years of renting properties! Mabel and Ernesto are the most gracious hosts we have ever had. Everything was above expectations (and we have high expectations!) and we hope to be back again. Ideal location, all the amenities, fun for all ages and totally equipped for the beach, biking and having fun in the pool! We would highly recommend… just hopefully it will be available for us again in the future!

I have one big complaint - that we didn't get to stay longer! Seriously - this house has it all. Mabel & Ernesto go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They graciously left a treat and drinks for us and left amenities that you'd normally find in a hotel. The house is so clean and fully stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The home was clean and fridge was well stocked with various drinks including a cake which was a great touch. The pool are was very relaxing and we loved that we were a short walk to the beach. Easy check in process and good communication with owners, fridge was stocked with drinks when we arrived late and lots of supplies from laundry to kitchen, awesome pool and short walk to the beach. Nothing but great things to say about the property. Would recommend to anyone!

From the beautiful home blocks from the public beach, to the private pool and the refrigerator stocked with pop, beer, water and a delicious chocolate cake, the property hit every mark!
