Location and vibe— it’s on the calmer side of the river but close to everything (transportation, Old Town/New Town, museums, the castle). I’m a sucker for yellow and old fixture charm. The bedding was super comfortable and the view was incredible.
The basement restaurant smelled funky and the food looked old and unappealing.
The cleaning staff did NOT respond to requests for soap that ran out and only vacuum-ed once I asked.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, warm. The staff was also very nice and great at responding messages.

The location of the hotel is very good . The female staff at reception and room cleaning were very courteous.
Male receptionist who was non responsive when trying to say hello during the stay . Excessive noise first thing in the morning due to maintenance work . This was so frustrating and not something you should experience at a 4 star hotel !
