The receptionist, Adnen, was very nice and welcoming - flexible to accomodate last minute change before arrival. A good value for the money. The room was not into the street, so it was very quiet at night too. I was attending the event in the city centre, and this hotel was a perfect choice - within walking distance of anywhere I needed to go. I felt safe in the neighbourhood, with many restaurants to choose from for dinner. The hotel breakfast was nice, fresh, and there was plenty of everything.
The Wi-fi could be a little faster. I really couldn't find anything else. ;)

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. We happened to be visiting during a bit of a heatwave, so the air conditioning in the room was a God send when we got back in the evening.
The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and tidy.
The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and the staff were very friendly.

Location
Room given on top floor and have window in roof which is giving too much sunlight. cartons was also not good and room have too much sunlight. i have requested to change they room but they did not accept my request and also not solved sunlight problem in the room
