This was the 4th time we have stayed at Juan's property. Always a pleasure. Convenient to downtown LA and Pasadena. Very clean and well maintained. We will stay again on our next trip to the LA area.

I really enjoyed this lovely neighborhood and the host keeps this little unit. Just perfect Lea. It’s a wonderful, cozy place to stay as I work in Los Angeles. Birds were chirping and the mountains nearby are beautiful and there are lovely roses, and other flowers in the yard it’s just such a pretty little place. The host was very gracious and I appreciate it.

Juan was really nice and the place was very safe and clean. It looks just like the pictures.The location is in a nice neighborhood and a 6 to 10 minute walk from a local restaurant, donut shop, and Walgreens. I was a female traveling alone but felt very safe in the neighborhood and on the property at all times. I would definitely book again when I travel to LA.

The posting was accurate, the price affordable, great communication with host who was super nice and accommodating. It looks exactly as pictured the only area for improvement is the cleanliness of the vents/fans that were dusty and caused us allergies overnight. Other than that everything was perfect and the location was great - 25 mins from DTLA. Overall, worth it and was perfect for a quick work conference.

Juan’s place was so cute and cozy! He was super responsive and friendly whenever we had questions or needed anything. His instructions were great as well. The location is perfect, near target and costco (perfect for those with rental cars, and there’s a parking space just for you). Everything in LA is about 30ish min away. :) So impressed that the little ac unit cooled down the room so fast! Haha. The property is just as described, be sure to bring your own toiletries! But everything else is provided. Lovely stay and would 10/10 stay here again!

My cousin and I really enjoyed our stay. Our host, Juan, was very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and decorated very nicely. The bed was very comfortable. I was very thankful for a parking spot. Everything we wanted to do was within driving distance too.

This is a great little studio unit located in the back yard of the proprietor - Juan. It is a spacious unit with a dedicated off-street parking space. It is quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is a little quirky and not recommended for anyone besides a couple or a single person. There is only a curtain for the bathroom, but it works very well. The location is good - 15-20 minutes from downtown LA pending traffic and is a nice home base for the entire area. Close access to the 110 in South Pasadena or the 710 to the south. I will stay there again, Juan is a very good host and very fast to respond.

Juan was an excellent host. From the clear instructions to check in and park to the cleanliness and thoughtful touches of the little apartment. We were in the back of a converted garage but it never felt like that. The bed was comfy, the environment was quiet as a church and I have always loved Alhambra (it's a sneaky cousin to Glendale architecturally and access to the freeways is easy). We were always content to roll into our off-street parking space at the end of a day doing business and the kitchen and fridge were totally adequate to our needs for just staying 5 days. Do not plan to make giant meals in this little guest house but plan to get cozy and enjoy the garden and the neighborhood.

Juan's place was very clean, private and comfortable. It is a cleverly designed unit that makes great use of space. It is well decorated and nicely supplied. I definitely plan on using it again and I would highly recommend it to others!

The space was well kept and clean. Bed was comfy and the little kitchenette area was great. I’d recommend for solo or very close couples who are very comfortable with each other because of the bathroom space. It was perfect for just me, for a two night stay. The surrounding neighborhood was really nice and felt safe, and I’d recommend taking a walk around. Juan was very nice and easy to work with and a great host.

I stayed here for a week. Very quiet and private. Plenty of room to store luggage. I liked that the floor is all tile so it's easy to keep clean. All the little things (enough hot water, fast internet, towels) were in order. Juan was very accommodating and responsive, he even let me move my reservation dates. His house is in a beautiful neighborhood and was super convenient for my appointments around the San Gabriel Valley. I would happily stay here again!

We had a lovely stay! The suite is private, the bed large and super comfortable, and the amenities (mini fridge, small kitchenette) were really handy. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the small terrace outside. Check in was really easy and straight forward, which was useful when we arrived later than planned! The location was a 20-30 minute drive from all of the sites we wanted to visit. Juan was very prompt in his communications. Would recommend!

Juan’s apt is just what we needed for visiting our family in South Pas. Off street parking is great. The neighborhood is quiet and Juan takes really good care to make our stay perfect. Thank you!
