Nestled in Rosemary Beach, this attractive condo for $689 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to Evette Jolie By the Sea! The renovated condo is located steps away from Rosemary and Alys beaches. You couldn’t be closer to the gulf! The first thing you see is the turquoise blue waters. You see the water from the master, the living room and the remodeled kitchen. Our 1rst floor condo is directly facing the gulf. Remodeled bathrooms with beautiful marble counters await you. Spectacular panoramas! Enjoy a private covered patio. Sit back , listen to the waves and enjoy unobstructed views of the gulf. We are steps away from the beach, pool and Crabby Steve’s bar and grill (open seasonally). Included in your rental will be 2 beach chairs and an umbrella between March 1 and October 31. We also provide 2 bikes with signed waiver between March and October. High Pointe is a private gated, guarded community located next to Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest beaches on the south side of scenic 30A. Rosemary Beach’s main square with lovely restaurants, shops and parks is only steps away ad is Alys Beach’s cluster of restaurants and shops. Peddler’s Pavillion is directly across 30a with nightly live music seasonly. High Pointe Resort access is secured by RFID wristbands. High Pointe showcases a huge 6500 square foot lagoon pool, a hot tub and a children’s pool. High Pointe has a beautiful PRIVATE beach, one tennis court and 4 PICKLEBALL COURTS!!! There are shuffle board courts, BBQ grills, a playground and an on site bike kiosk located throughout the property. Crabby Steve’s Grill and Bar (open March-October) is a popular spot located near the pool with fabulous gulf and sunset views. It’s a great place to grab a bite without leaving the resort. On property beach access with a ramp for strollers and wagons. The 30A bike path runs right out front and meanders the entire 18 miles of 30A. The kitchen is stocked with a full set of pots and pans, glasses,,utensils, and more. We have smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, internet connection and secured Wi-Fi. All you need to bring from home is your bathing suits and your own beach towels. Parking is in front of the building with easy 1rst floor access(no need for elevator) and shared luggage carts. Per our HOA, no animals of any kind are allowed. Evidence of such will result in possible eviction be charged against deposit due to increased cleaning fees and/or damage. High Pointe is a 5 minute shaded stroll (2 blocks) from Rosemary Beach’s village, a 10 minute walk from Alys Beach with 20+ restaurant options all within walking distance. Panama City Beach with its fun attractions is a short 10 miles away. PLEASE NOTE: MID SEPTEMBER THROUGH OCTOBER THERE MAY BE PAINTING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE EXTERIOR GOING ON AND OUR PRICES HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY. Also due to the nature of 30A construction is always a possibility at neighboring properties.

Everything was so nice and updated... close proximity to the beach and located in the perfect area to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. Easy parking close by too. The condo had everything you could want and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful too - it was the most relaxing stay with a gorgeous beach view for sunsets. Just what we needed to get refreshed and relaxed... Perfect!

Condo is great and very relaxing. Very clean, comfortable, with about everything you need for a great vacation. Fantastic patio overlooking the gulf is a great spot for morning coffee or afternoon wine or cocktail.

We've been coming to 30A for years and always try a new VRBO location just to get a different experience. I think this property is the one we will likely just return to every time we come back to 30A. Where to begin? The views are stunning, the convenience to everything is unmatched (beach, pool, restaurants, shops, etc...). There is just no better experience from our perspective. And the property was clearly remodeled/upgraded so it was perfect. Owner was very accomodating, friendly and helpful. No need to keep searching. This is the place you want to stay!

Condo had AMAZING ocean views, and was located in THE most perfect spot! Easy to get to beach, pool, and walking distance to all the shops. Perfect place to walk and explore, as well as riding bikes all over!!! Walk to dinner each night, and enjoyed a few trips to Kilwins after. The community is so pedestrian friendly. The Condo was beautiful, full of natural lighting. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Love having my morning coffee on patio enjoying the views of an emerald green ocean! We will definitely be back!!

We loved staying in this condo with our family. Very centrally located on 30A for walking/biking to dining/shopping/beaches, etc. The condo is updated & clean, has the best views of the ocean & had plenty of room for our 2 teens to spread out.

Cory and Rob are the ultimate hosts! The location can’t be beat. The condo is updated and always clean. We had everything we needed to just relax. The patio area is well protected so we could enjoy sitting outside even on windy days. You can enjoy dinner and a cocktail while watching spectacular sunsets. My only concern is that our perfect hidden gem has been discovered! Good thing we’re already rebooked for next year!

We had an incredible stay! The condo is updated with sunning views. Very easy check-in process. Kitchen had everything we needed. Quick access to the beach which has fine soft sand and perfect calm waters for 3 and 7 year olds. The pool and hot tub were nice. Walkable to a small shopping area directly across the street, Rosemary beach and Alys beach. Thank you Cory!!

The Evette Jolie Beach House was the best vacation. So close to Rosemary and Alys Beach restaurants, shops and farmers market that you don't need a car. Biking and walking is perfect. But all you have to do is look out the window or open the sliding door to impress your senses with the privilege of a far away retreat. You will think you are on a tropical island by yourself and that kind of relaxation was exactly what I needed.
The space and amenities did not disappoint. You will be so happy with your choice.

Amazing Condo with Incredible Hosts
We stayed at Evette Jolie By The Sea in June of 2022 and it was AMAZING! Our trip included my wife and 1yr old daughter along with another couple. I can truly say that we were highly impressed with not just the condo itself but also the resort itself. The location and services are superb as we rarely had to get into our car and drive, most everything you need can be found on foot and won't take but a 5-10min walk to reach. Our hosts provided us a 5 page document of all the amentities and services offered around the area, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. The condo was very spacious, clean, and up-to-date, plus it's on the ground level so you don't have to worry about carrying things up and down stairs or an elevator. If you are looking to vacation with friends, family, or with little ones then this is the place for you. 5 Stars on everything!

The pros: the proximity to the beach is great, not only in general but also within the property. It’s right next to the entry to the beach. The view of the ocean is amazing!! Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets right from your room. The master has gorgeous views to greet you each morning. The proximity to amazing shopping at Rosemary Beach is perfect. The condo is stocked with hand soaps and hotel-sized shampoo. The gated community is nice. The security was wonderful. The owner and their concierge responded very quickly to questions which was helpful. The beds are comfortable and the bedding was clean.
The cons: The condo itself needs some TLC. It was very clean, just dated. The freezer shelf was pretty rusty and it leaked water into the fridge, which didn’t maintain a very cold temp. There were multiple extra chairs and beach toys outside, which is great, but it also served as a place for roaches to gather. To be clear, I never saw one inside, but saw them outside on the patio every evening. All of the plates and bowls are heavy and a bit hard to reach. I’m 5’5” and stressed every time I had to get on my toes to try and bring heavy bowls down to use for kid snacks. The hand-towel holder in the master fell off in my hand and had clearly not been appropriately affixed to the wall.
Lastly, maybe just a personal pet-peeve, but everything is labeled. From how to flush the toilet (I get this) to where to plug in the toaster, place each cup, bowl, etc, the entire condo had a label maker vomit all over it. There are some beautifully designed elements within it and the labels really took away from the experience.
We all loved the view and the location but will not stay again.

Great renovation, easy breezy vacation for family of 4
Our stay was wonderful all the way around would highly recommend this 2 bed 2 bath fully renovated condo to anyone wanting to spend sometime at the beach. The private beach access coupled with the view from this ground floor condo was exactly what we needed. A relaxed atmosphere with lots of fun and food within walking distance in all directions. The inside of the condo was clean with new flooring, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, they did a great job.
As with all vacations there were a couple of hiccups, lightning had struck the pool a couple days before we arrived and they weren't able to get it working until the day we left but the pool looked nice. Also note that if you are there during a busy time you need to get to the beach stand early to get a front row set of chairs and umbrella. We figured this out on day 3.
Finally just for the property managers information I am pretty sure the laundry washing machine is toast. There are lots of directions on how to balance it and not overload it but I think it just plain doesn't work now. Worth checking out.
All in all we are not a super easy family to please but everyone says this condo is a 5 start find. All the best!

This was our 1st time to 30A area. We could not have chosen a better location! We enjoyed walking to the beach and if we needed lunch, drinks, etc. Crabby Steve's was on our way to the short walk to the beach!

My wife and I have been coming to the area with our two daughters for the last 10+ years and this was by far the best condo and location we've had so far. It appears to be newly remodeled and had everything we needed while staying there. The master bedroom and living room have floor to ceiling windows for great views, but also great curtains to keep the sunlight out if you want to sleep in. Great master bath and shower, comfortable beds, great linens, and a well-supplied kitchen with lots of labels to help us find what we were looking for.
Outside there was easy access to the large High Pointe Resort pool, steps away from Crabby Steve's bar and grill, and super easy access to the beach with two complimentary beach chairs/umbrella.
Also within walking distance (or biking - 2 rentals are provided) was Seacrest and Peddler's Pavilion which has a small grocery store, a craft beer bar, and lots of restaurant and food options. Plus, there was live music every night at 6pm.
Overall it was a great week and we look forward to returning to this unit again in the future. Highly reccommend.

Great location
We had a wonderful time. The place was very comfortable for a family of 4. Loved being able to see the sunset from the patio. The location could not be beat with the beach and pool just steps away and only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Rosemary Beach.

This property was absolutely amazing. The convenience and location is the best. We stayed here with family and it was a fabulous vacation. The owner and property manager are easily available if anything arises and the gated community gives you peace of mind. We will most definitely stay here again.
