Very smart apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Owner quite rude over message as he thought we hadn't paid even though it stated you pay when you arrive! He said t&c's say if it's a later checkin you have to pay before but I couldn't see that ot said that anywhere and I wasn't asked to pay before the stay when a later checkin was agreed! So communication not that great initially. Checkin went well though in the end. Very disappointed there was a coffee machine but not even 1 coffee pod for us to have a coffee or any milk. Would have been nice after our flight.

The owner collected the payment but did not give any receipt. She promised to send the invoice by e-mail. It's been ten days struggle to contact the owner but no response at all. That was a business trip, so I can not show the invoice to my company... Irritating. Booking.com does not seem to be active to solve the problem, even though I asked them for intervention. Moreover, they censored out and deleted my valuation and comment at the first turn, but the robot asked my valuation again. Here you are: NEVERMORE!
