We stayed as a family of 4 with two pre teen boys - the room was amazingly spacious with more than enough room for luggage space, and living space! We did upgrade our room with a slightly bigger space to ensure everyone was comfortable.
The staff were expecting us - so they received my Yamato service luggages and already kept them in the room for us. The staff was also kind enough to make sure the bulk bed was set up.
It’s a service apartment style stay - with a reception that can help take luggages in advance, and also facilitate with navigation for our stay! They have been super helpful.
The facility itself was very clean and new - with a washer and dryer onsite, our family did not need to bring back dirty laundry on our return flight.
Location - just 10min away from Akihabara!!! Although I did end up taking the taxi to the station with my luggage - but that only cost about 800yen.
The passcode system was a little pain I had to overcome - the elevator passcode pad can be slightly sensitive and end up mistyping a few digits with my fat fingers.
Each floor has a few units - you can hear people outside on your floor while they wait for their elevator.

Spacious room by Japanese standards. Clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils, and perfect for 2–3 people. Very quiet
Drain had a slight odour but not too bad
