Very good space use for four adult, clean, lots of towells, very good matress
It was difficult to use the luggage shipping throuh the hotel so We went accross the street to a yamoto office

First time in Japan and enjoyed our stay at this hotel .Very spacious appartment for Japanese standard located close to Okachimachi (Yamato line) and Ginza line.Close to shopping district.

Great location, very close to the stations and lots of food options in the area. Rooms were very comfortable and a good size for a family of 4. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great having a washing machine and dryer in one.
Nothing we didnt like. We would book again if we came back to Japan
