The rain shower
A little small but overall still very comfortable and would've like a noon check out not 11am

Great location, near Akihabara Electric City, comfortable bed, good food in the restaurant.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English..
The onsite gym was a bit inadequate (no elliptical, very small footprint)
Note that the rooms were small (think Times Square in NYC and you get the idea)

Location is great, rooms are relatively spacious for Tokyo, front desk staff was also very friendly
We had to leave the hotel at 6.50am to go to Disneyland, breakfast opened at 7am so we asked if we could take a pastry (we paid for breakfast) for our kids and we got a clear “No” by the staff in charge of breakfast. The breakfast overall is not kids friendly as mostly salty option.
