The proximity to the station
The room although not huge was well appointed
Liked the separate bathroom and toilet
Beds were so comfy, pillows were good
Dyson fan was a huge help in the summer heat
The extensive range of toiletries and free coffee and cocoa added a nice touch
The housekeeping service was top notch
U choose from your tv screen the service you require
The self laundry was very good but always crowded
The staff weren’t that helpful or welcoming as many of the hotels I’ve been to in Tokyo

Excellent location. Steps to metro station. Loved the massage cushion provided in the room as well as the bathtub.
Loved the variety of food during breakfast
Room is slightly small, though it’s comfortable & has everything we need.

No place to move around in the room. No room for suitcases. Language issues with Front desk staff. Although Google Translator was of help.
