Staff and location
The washing machine and dryer. Guest took out our wet clothes so they could do their wash without waiting (was only a few minutes late). And the dryer was inefficient and left clothes smelly because the filter was completely blocked with lint.

The AC is tied to the room key. It will only run when you are inside your room.

Location was great . Near to JR lines , easy access to food and great shopping . Hotel was generous with amenities .
Hotel rooms could be better cleaned . While workers were efficient they did not pay attention to wipe the dresser properly , and layers of dust can be seen on surfaces
