The room was small but well appointed. The bathroom was bigger than expected. We appreciated having three comfortable beds for our family. We were able to store luggage underneath the bed platform and could sit between the beds during the day. The downstairs cafe area was also convenient as we could stop and either eat at the cafe itself or bring our own food back from the kombini an eat it there. Most importantly the staff was super helpful with two mistakes we made: one being leaving our portable charger in the room. After explaining where it was, they were able to locate it and brought it down to us. The second was a much bigger mistake. I left my bag with our passports and my wallet in the cafe area. I only realized once I got to Tokyo station. They held the bag for me with all of its contents accounted for. I was grateful for their help otherwise our trip would have been ruined.
