hotel agréable avec une très belle piscine

Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Personnels à l'accueil sympathiques et professionnels Très belle piscine, très agreable après une journée à marcher Petit dejeuner en Doggy bag si vous partez avant l'heure du service Juste en face de l'arret de bus qui emmenè aux cascades ou à la gare centrale, très pratique

Plusieurs éléments manquants dans la chambre que j'ai du aller demander : Sèche cheveux, tapis de bain . Je m'attendais à mieux pour un hotel 4 étoile. Restaurant très decevant :accueil plutot désagreable, très longue attente et plat franchement mauvais. A eviter, il y a d'autres petits restaurants à quelques minutes à pieds

Lugar velho, precisa de manutenção urgente. Não vale a pena

Ar condicionado não gelava. Checkout muito cedo O chuveiro não saía água direito (sem pressão alguma), o pior chuveiro que já experimentei em hotéis. Havia muitas formigas no apartamento O frigobar é minúsculo e não cabe nem uma garrafa de refrigerante. Além de não funcionar direito, já que não gelava.

La piscina, la ubicación, personal súper amables.

La piscina está abierta hasta las 20hs cuando en pleno verano todavía puede llegar hacer 30 grados. El desayuno es muy pobre en variedad. Los baños de las habitaciones pequeños y resbaladizos.

Linda estadia en Iguazú

Las instalaciones, la vegetaciòn, piscina y desayuno.

Falta un poco modernizar los baños. Lo demás todo bien.

Nada, una falta total de respeto.

Llegue a las 21hs, cansado, luego un largo viaje y me dicen en el hotel q mi reserva no está y q es un error de booking y q se yo dejándonos a la deriva, sin alojamiento, la chica q nos atendió con total falta de respeto y 0 empatia nos dice q ella no puede hacer nada, nunca más, son cosas q no pueden pasar pero si pasan, jamas volveré a pisar ese hotel.

BE CAREFUL, THIS HOTEL IS NOT 4 STARS! much under quality. We had issues with the very poor communication, nobody answering our several questions we asked (and reminders) to plan our stay, incurring in high costs afterwards. The staff knows the answer but they simply never answered. Our question was how much must we pay once we arrrive, they simply answered what the exchange rate, and they didn't state the commissions and taxes increases the price more than 30% than what is written in booking. The staff didn't say sorry, on the other hand they were obstinate. In general this hotel is not at all 4 stars, quality in general is not optimal and the room card didn't work some times.

Breakfast was limited. Hotel is generally runned down, needs renovation. 90's television! We're in 2022!

No come back

The TV with a dangling cable did not work; when they fixed it the stations suddenly stopped working; nor was there enough paper in the bathroom; when we came back from the falls we had no towels to bathe in; employees don't seem happy and are not friendly; breakfast below average. After 6 there is nowhere to have a drink; the restaurant closes and does not reopen until 8 pm; which forces guests to walk to the center to find where to eat; The internet works at times and most of the time not even that, which forced us to use data and calls to be in contact with our country. I do not recommend it at all

The room was nice and clean and had air conditioning (though unable to adjust the temp). Shower was hot and water pressure was good. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was good and the pool was a nice bonus. Location was also good because it was so close to the three borders, though farther from other restaurants.

The hallways were dark. The toilet was old and crooked. The AC could not be adjusted. Also the location was a little far from other restaurants though there were 3 or 4 close by.

the pool was great, the breakfast was very good and the room was very clean every day for our 3 nights stay with great view for the jungle and the river

A comfortable stay

Fernando the manager was very helpful when there was an issue and there was a gift in our room to say sorry when we arrived. The pool is big and there are plenty of loungers.

The dining room in the evening was very quiet with just a few guests eating there.
