We had a really nice stay. The place was clean, quiet, and located close to many sights in Florence. The check-in and check-out process was relatively easy. The host answered messages within a timely manner. Overall, we had a good experience!

Our stay in Florence was really lovely. The location could not be beat, we were just a few minutes walk from the Duomo, a market for groceries/snacks and many great restaurants. The train station was about a 15 minute walk. As others have said, be prepared for the 4 flights of stairs to the flat - at the end of a long day of walking, it was definitely challenging. The flat is quite roomy and there are large armoires to store your things. We fit 5 people comfortably- although there was a skylight and no shutters on one window in the living room, so the person sleeping on the sofa bed had to be an early riser! The washer and dryer was a huge plus - note that the dryer is in one of the bedrooms and there are also drying racks and a line outside the window. We loved having the Nespresso (original pods) to use. There were plenty of towels and the linens were nice and the beds were firm (slightly more than my taste, but not bad). Mini split air conditioners in every room was amazing! Communication with our hosts was great and check in was easy. Be sure to have cash to pay the occupancy tax. Check out required that we take out the trash, which was a little tricky because we had an early train and we had to take our bags and the trash down the stairs to a bin around the corner (and we didn’t want to climb descend the stairs any more than we had to!). Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to active travelers and young families :)

Fantastic location right by Duomo, great amenities of washer and dryer, kitchen. Comfortable beds, screens on windows so you can open the for fresh air, mosquitos repellent plugins - super thoughtful. Top floor with 60 steps. Responsive host. Perfect for our family of 5.

Our three day stay in Florence was wonderful and one of the main reasons was our fantastic time at this residence. The apartment was bright and meticulously clean. The location was ideal - just a short walk to the Duomo, The neighborhood was charming and we were a few steps from a café with great cappuccinos and croissants! My husband, daughter, son-in-law and 18-month old son enjoyed our stay. The walk up to the 4th floor provided additional exercise but was not a problem. Perhaps someone with mobility or health issues may be challenged with the marble stairs. Sabrina was responsive before and during our stay. She arranged for us to have a crib and high chair which made our visit even easier with our little one. We did not see her but she was available by phone and email. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Florence, we would love to stay in this apartment again!
